My approach is always high power and the more politically incorrect the more truth, knowledge and result will be found. Eat high sodium and flush it away with coffee. Eat especially deep fats, saturated animal fats. Drugs should only be rarely used for performance enhancement never disease management since that is another word for many of the nutritional related diseases.
