Testosterone brownie ice cream, gluten free:

And really easy to overeat on because it is hyper palatable. That being said this (pine pollen based) ice cream is free from offending ingredients like; wheat, vegetable(oils) and skimmed milk.





4 raw egg yolks
4 raw eggs
100g butter
100g coconut milk or whipping cream or raw sheep milk 
33g coconut sugar or honey
20g cacao powder
3g Pine pollen powder (it won't overwhelm the taste)
1g vanilla powder
1g pink salt

10 drops lime

This formula is easy scoopable after freezing it is not a frozen block butter like earlier experiments. Pine pollen compliments the nutritional value and will be absorbed better because butter is an absorption vehicle for micro nutrients.

Blend all ingredients in a blender till a milkshake consistency, freeze it for 10 hours.

Pro tip: if you freeze espresso shot(s) in advance you could add the frozen espresso cubes after blending and blend the frozen espresso cubes again and you have the instant brownie (pine pollen) coffee smoothie.

Vegetables taste besides awful and I recognize there is brainwashing and the believe that vegetables provide good things.
